Ceasefire violation cases
Yesterday ceasefire violation cases were recorded at the northeastern section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. Compared with the last days, the frequency of ceasefire regime violation has decreased. According to the operative information, on January 23-24, Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire regime at Armenian-Azerbaijani border about 86 times. During that period, Azerbaijan fired more than 600 shots from weapons of different caliber in the direction of Armenian positions. The Defense Army’s vanguard units keep the situation under control and take response measures only in cases of extreme necessity. The Armenian side fired 178 shots in the direction of Azerbaijan.
