Deputies of State Duma will visit Gyumri
The delegation comprised of State Duma Deputies is arriving in Armenia to visit Gyumri. This has been informed to “Itar-tass” by Leonid Slutsky, Chairman of the Committee for the CIS Affairs of Russian State Duma, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots. The website reminds that according to preliminary hypothesis, on January 12 Russian soldier Valeri Permyakov voluntarily left the military base, killed the sleeping family and later he admitted his guilt.
