Larisa Gergieva gives master classes to young Armenian singers
With the invitation of Karen Durgaryan, chief conductor of the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet, Larisa Gergieva, Artistic Director of the Mariinsky Academy of Young Singers and Artistic Director of the State Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Northern Ossetia-Alania arrived in Armenia. Starting from today she is giving master classes to young Armenian singers. She mentioned that Armenia has given many talented singers to the world and she has performed with some of them. Mrs. Gergievna’s special classes are big experience and responsibility for our young singers, which will surely have their impact on their professional development. At the end of the classes a final concert will be held. The project is implemented with the support of the RA Ministry of Culture and supporting foundation of Armenian National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet after Alexander Spendiaryan.
