Vardan Petrosyan has recovered
At present the health condition of actor Vardan Petrosyan is normal. This was informed to “A1+” by Justice Ministry PI Press Secretary Gor Ghlechyan. We remind that yesterday actor Vardan Petrosyan wasn’t present at the court because of health condition. At the previous court hearing the representative of the victims, lawyer Ruben Baloyan suggested restarting the trial on Vardan Petrosyan’s case. He presented a civil suit with the demand of more than 12 millions AMD compensation. The trial will continue in the coming year starting from January 16. The actor is charged with Article 242 Section 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia (“breach of traffic rules and operation of means of transportation, which by negligence caused the death of 2 or more persons”). The accident occurred last year on October 20 on Yerevan-Yeghvard road.
