People toil in the burning sun, in rain and mud but see no results (video)
When you look at European countries and then at your country [Armenia], you understand that the situation is very bad here, says Lena Hovhanisyan, a resident of Marmarashen village in Ararat region.
The family of six members lives on the modest salary of her husband and the small income received from the sale of vegetables. Her elder son lives with them with his wife and two children.
Mrs Lena says there is no joy in their everyday life. People work in their lands day and night, they toil in the burning sun, in severe cold, rain and mud but they get no results,” she says.
The woman has lost every hope that her family might ever have a better life.
