Minibus drivers in Yerevan who were protesting the increase in prices of of liquefied natural gas have temporarily stopped the strike.

Talking to A1+, one of the drivers said they will continue to work until January 15. Later they are to meet with Municipality officials to decide on their future steps.

Earlier this month, the prices of liquefied natural gas went up in Armenia from 180 to 230 drams. Many people hurried to relate the price increase to current fluctuation in the currency market. Yesterday, the prices again fell down to 200 drams.
