Situation may get out of control in 12 non-working days - says Nikol Pashinyan (video)
After a 12-day holiday the government and the entire banking system will get out of control, opposition lawmaker Nikol Pashinyan announced in parliament on Wednesday. He suggested curtailing the number of non-working days after New Year.
By a decision of the Armenian government, the working days on January 8 and 9, 2015 were moved to December 20 and 27, 2014 and holidays will last from December 31, 2014 till January 11, 2015. Thus, citizens will have a 12-day break for the New Year and the first working day of 2015 will be January 12.
