The entire population is involved in corruption - says ethnographer (video)
Aram Abrahamyan has interviewed ethnographer Hranush Kharatyan, who spoke about corruption and Armenians’ attitude to the phenomenon.
“Corruption is encouraged in Armenia as a basic principle of life and it is encouraged by the authorities, hence the entire population is involved in corruption,” she said adding that Armenians have a high tolerance for corrupt practices. Details are available in the video.
