The activities of Eghvard number 1 kindergarten were suspended
The activities of Eghvard number 1 kindergarten were temporarily suspended. Investigation is underway to find the reasons of children’s poisoning. On 28 November, 2014 at 18:40, a call was received at “Nairi” medical center in Yeghvard, that children were taken into the hospital from Eghvard number 1 kindergarten with the initial diagnosis of “food poisoning”. Immediately after the call, materials were prepared at RA Investigation Committee Kotayk regional investigation department, based on which a criminal case was instituted in accordance with RA Criminal Code Article 279, Part 2, 1st and 2nd points (Manufacture or sale of goods, or performing work, or providing services which do not meet safety requirements, which was committed in relation to goods, works or services intended for children and negligently damaged the health of two or more persons). Inspection was carried out in the kindergarten, samples were taken from the food and daily meals of the kindergarten. Documents of food supplied to the kindergarten were confiscated. According to the decision of Investigative body, the activities of the kindergarten were temporarily suspended, measures are taken to find out the reasons for poisoning.
