While Pashinyan believes that the issue has nothing to do with foreign policy, hence, with the Committee since it is an economic issue. The issue was put to the vote. Nikol pashinyan, Alexander Arzumanyan and Vahan Babayan voted against the initiative while Artak Zakaryan, Artashes Geghamyan, Tevan Poghosyan, Shirak Torosyan and Mher Shageldyan voted for it.
