He is a patient, whose health condition can only be improved in hospital. We remind that 65-year-old businessman was officially charged with embezzlement and illegal money laundering. He doesn’t accept the accusation. Levon Hayrapetyan’s measure of restraint- detention was replaced with home arrest on October 3. Moscow’s Basman District Court took into consideration the fact that he has had two heart attacks and suffers from diabetes and cancer.
