“To say is one thing, to do is another,”- today announced BHK Deputy Mikayel Melkumyan answering the question, whether the statement of Hovik Abrahamyan that authorities are ready to cooperate with Troika, is a means to save time, then he continued, “We are based on the facts connected with the suggestion of proportional representation. We only agree with 100 percent proportional representation.” Answering BHK Deputy, HHK Deputy Sukias Avetisyan announced that classical political science very clearly gives the advantages and disadvantages of proportional and majoritarian representation. If Troika holds NA extraordinary session to discuss the issue, HHK won’t take part, as “Whatever Troika thinks about, they hold an extraordinary session.” Mikayel Melkumyan is sure, there is no alternative to proportional representation, “We have clearly recorded that there is no difference between 12 points, but there are points, which need time. Those points, which demand only political will, and not time and resources, will be discussed with the authorities.” BHK Deputy is sure that the issue isn’t solved by implementing 12 points, they will be followed by other 12 points. Mikayel Melkumyan also turned to the sanctions applied against the RF and he thinks that they will affect RA economy, “The effect can already be seen, our volumes of exportation have decreased. Our export volume is 1 billion 250 million, we need at least 150 millions increase. Our exporters have already suffered from exchange rate. As a result there will surely be inflation.”
