The roads are mainly passable
State and interstate highways of the republic are mainly passable according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of RA on November 27 by 08.00. Sotk-Karvachar highway of Gegarkunik Province is closed. Vardenyats valley is difficult to pass. On highways of Gegharkunik Province, on Goris-Sisian highway of Syunik Region and in spot of Margahovit village of Dilijan-Vanadzor highway, from place to place black ice is available. In due to provide the secure traffic, road engineers in road traffic spots are implementing salt and sand processing works. MES of the Republic of Armenia warns to drive on the high-mentioned parts only by winter tires and in urgent cases. According to the information received from the department of ES of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Georgia Stepantsminda-Lars roadway is open for all types of vehicles. MES
