Armenia FM, OSCE Chairperson-in-Office speak by phone
On November 25, Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian had a telephone conversation with President of Switzerland and Head of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Didier Burkhalter. The conversation took place at the initiative of the Swiss side. The two men discussed a number of issues connected with the forthcoming OSCE Ministerial Council meeting to be held in Basel, Switzerland, on December 4-5.
