Azerbaijan can’t declare a no-fly zone (video)
Azerbaijan or its citizens have no right on the territories, which are outside the line of contact. All its statements on declaring a no-fly zone are baseless, today lawyer, former Ombudsman Larisa Alaverdyan announced at “Hayeli” club. UN Security Council must make decisions on declaration of no-fly zone. Larisa Alaverdyan turned to the return of the relics of Armenian pilots into Armenia through military operations and thanked Defense Ministry for it. Then she stressed that ten days were enough for clarifying the situation. She thinks that there is a bitter truth: our army and people are to stay on the first line. Details in the video
