Client did not show up to take the suit ordered 20 years ago (video)
This fashion salon situated in the center of Yerevan looked the same 60 years ago. You will see the same tools, the same tables and chairs at Mikael-Ruzanna fashion house located at 3 Sayat-Nova Ave. There was a time when all famous people in Yerevan visited Master Misha to order and sew clothes for them. Once the atelier employed 12 people but today only five people work there. They do not have many orders though the prices are available. Mrs Ruzanna says today young people flock to expensive, name-brand stores to buy the latest styles. She adds that their clients are above average. Here you will also find items that are no longer in use. Among many things you will also find a well-preserved suit which was ordered 20 years ago but the owner did not show up to take it.
