“We must reach an advantageous condition for us” (video)
OSCE Minsk Group representatives call Azerbaijan to enable to return the bodies of the pilots of Armenian helicopter shot on November 12. Even intermediaries aren’t able to approach the helicopter, which fell in the mined area and the selling continues in the neighborhood. “Minsk Group is trying to reach the scene, but still unsuccessful and it continues working both with Azerbaijan and the RA in order to reach its goal,”- ensures Thorsten Stodiek, representative of OSCE Office of the Secretary General Strategic Police Matters Unit. Official Baku has given no security guarantee to the OSCE mission for implementing investigation on the place, where the helicopter fell. HHK deputy Koryun Nahapetyan thinks that we must remain committed to the negotiations within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group, but we shouldn’t rely only on the international community: “As a result of our consistent policy, we must reach an advantageous condition for us,”- says HHK deputy Koryun Nahapetyan. He thinks that after some time Azerbaijan will understand the results of its provocative actions. “RA authorities will follow so that proper investigation is carried out connected with this tragic incident also by relevant international organizations.” In Erablur DM Seyran Ohanyan ensured that there are always other variants in the power, but now efforts of Armenian side are directed to diplomatic solution to the issue, “I think that our neighbors will understand that in accordance with the international humanitarian norms the investigation in the place of military activities and return of dead bodies must be permitted,”- said DM Seyran Ohanyan.
