Tigran L. Petrosian wins Mayor Cup
Grandmaster Tigran L. Petrosyan won the Mayor Cup Rapid Chess Tournament 2014 that took place on Sunday, Nov. 16, in the Chess House in Yerevan. Petrosyan beat Artashes Minasyan in the quarterfinals 1,5: 0,5 and later Arman Pashikyan in the semi finals. In the final round, Petrosyan faced GM Robert Hovhannisyan. Tigran L. Petrosyan won a landslide victory against his rival and took the first prize.
