On November 9, the Pre-parliament Initiative held the second automobile march in Armenia to inform people of their plans to unseat the authorities on the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide on April 24, 2015. This time, the event was held in Kotayk province. It was led by Jirayr Sefilyan, Commander of Shushi special regiment. “In the past 20 years a stereotype has formed among our people that they cannot get rid of this criminal regime. The reason is not the belief that the regime is powerful by nature. The problem was caused by people who allegedly wanted to get rid of the regime. They failed to be consistent and fight the struggle till the end. However, today there are at least a few hundred people, who say ‘No’ to this regime and nothing can stop them,” he said.
