Two cows arrested in Kapan for not having passports (video)
Some months ago Kapan Municipality started the process of domestic animals’ registration. People responsible assure that it will give opportunity to decrease the number of animals wandering in the city. Registered animals are given so called passports, which give information about the animals. If a wandering animal doesn’t have a passport, it will be arrested, it means, it will be taken into special area until its owner turns up.
