According to the citizen’s report, the policeman humiliated him
In the course of the preparation of the materials in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia, Karen M. reported that on September 26, 2014 he was called up to Kotayk Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia for the purpose of giving clarifications with regard to his hand injury. On the same day at about 3PM, he arrived at the above police department. According to the report of Karen M., the policemen illegally detained him in the police department for a long time, insulted and humiliated him by violating his rights and legal interests. A criminal case was instituted based on the materials prepared in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia under Part 1 of Article 308 of the Criminal Code of the Republic o Armenia. A preliminary investigation is under way.
