HRD doesn’t want increase of funding for the upcoming year. During the discussion of 2015 state budget draft at the NA, Ombudsman’s office representative Tatevik Khachatryan noted that their next year’s budget has increased by 12 percent: about 2 millions 230 thousands AMD has been provided to technical and property rearmament: “No staff increase is intended, we have had replacement in rapid response service and new advocates in regional offices. Now we have 59 employees.” By the way, Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan wasn’t present at the discussion. As the NA Human rights and public relations standing committee Deputy Chairman, HHK Deputy Margarit Yesayan informed, Ombudsman apologized and said that he is on a business trip. NA Deputy Alexander Arzumanyan wanted to know whether they are pleased already. “Mr. Arzumanyan, you noted that there aren’t hot wars this year,”- responded First Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan. BHK Deputy Naira Zohrabyan wanted to know whether 10 millions AMD, which was intended for rapid response, was maintained. She got positive answer.
