First deputy head of the presidential administration Vardan Aramyan today presented in parliament the allocations foreseen for the apparatus by the 2015 budget. He said that most of the allocations, approximately 4 milliard drams, are intended for salary increase.  “As you know, a new system of salaries was introduced on July 1, 2014, and many of our employees are top officials. Part of the allocations will go to salaries,” he said. Vardan Aramyan added that they had also cut down their expenses. “We have returned five cars that were on our account. Besides, last year were received additional 60 million drams for updating our technical equipment but now we shall have to tighten our belts as funds are scarce.”
