Virtual visit to “Treasures of Armenia” (video)
The app “Treasures of Armenia” makes visits to the churches and monasteries of Armenia and Artsakh real in the virtual area. Project head Emil Stepanyan says that they try to inform the world about Armenian ancient historical-cultural monuments via innovation technologies: “Many foreigners learnt that Armenia is really an open air museum due to the project “Treasures of Armenia”, says Emil Stepanyan. Not only in Armenia, in the whole world such 3D traveling projects are new. There is opportunity to do everything, which can be done physically, via this project. The number of downloads of this three language app is getting more and more. The download is free, visit to Tatev Monastery is also free, but you must pay about 5 dollars for visiting other churches.
