We do not need to change the constitution; we need to change the authorities who violate the constitution, lawmaker of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Stepan Demirtchyan said during the rally organized in Yerevan’s Liberty Square by the HAK, Heritage and Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK). Mr Demirtchyan said that the rally showed that they would be able to change the situation in the country. “The country needs radical changes,” he stressed. HAK Leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan is now addressing the ralliers. He said he would be short in his speech as today people will listen to BHK Leader Gagik Tsarukyan.
