Vartan Oskanian: Gagik Tsarukyan will present a road-map of changes (video)
Addressing the ralliers in Liberty Square, lawmaker of the opposition Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Vartan Oskanian said people had come to the square with expectations. The economic and political sovereignty of Armenia is irrevocably lost. The authorities are playing fast and loose to extend their tenure in office. We have tried to negotiate with the government by submitting the 12-point demands but to no avail,” he said. “We have started a process that marks the beginning of radical changes. BHK Leader [Gagik Tsarukyan] will present a road-map of changes. We plan to hold sit-ins and rallies and everything else needed for a change of power but everything should be done in a peaceful way and the victory will be ours,” said Mr Oskanian.
