Hrant Baghratyan: If you do something, do it properly (video)
Who are we granting privileges to and under what terms? Armenian lawmaker Hrant Baghratyan addressed the question to Vardan Ayvazyan, Chairman of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Economic Affairs. “Mr Ayvazyan, I have some 5000 questions. I did not expect you to make such a speech. If you do something, do it in a proper way. You should clearly explain who we are giving privileges to and in what terms,” Mr Bagratyan said in his speech.
