Gevorg Safaryan is accused of willful destruction or spoilage of somebody’s property
Preparliament member Gevorg Safaryan, who was taken to Center Police Department, was set free after two hours. In the conversation with A1+, Gevorg informed that he was accused of willful destruction or spoilage of somebody’s property. This accusation is defined by the RA Criminal Code Article 185, which is punished with a fine in the amount of 50 to 100 minimal salaries, or correctional labor for up to 1 year, or with arrest for the term of up to 2 months, or with imprisonment for the term of up to 2 years. Gevorg Safaryan says that nothing clear was said about the punishment in the Police.
