HAK Deputy Nikol Pashinyan is surprised at the announcement of Finance Deputy Minister Vakhtang Mirumyan, that he isn’t aware of the draft on border line villages presented by Nikol Pashinyan, “During September 25 government session, Hovik Abrahamyan ordered you to discuss the draft and if there are sensible suggestions include them in it.” Nikol Pashinyan is surprised that until today the Ministry of Finances hasn’t fulfilled the order, “If you aren’t aware, how have you decided whether there are sensible suggestions or not?” “We have done our assignment,”- opposed Deputy Minister and added that Nikol Pashinyan said personally to present his suggestions and to discuss with the Ministry. “Prime Minister ordered it you, and I have presented the draft. Prime Minister ordered You, now you order me?”- announced Nikol Pashinyan and reminded the Deputy Minister, “You can’t order me anything.”
