Our four boxers started the championship with victory
European Youth Boxing Championship started in the capital of Croatia, Zagreb. As Armenian Boxing press service informs, on the first day of competitions 4 out of 7 delegates won and three were defeated. The first round winners are 49 kg Alen Danielyan, 56 kg Spartak Tamaryan, 64 kg Ararat Gyulbangyan and 91 kg Seryozha Hakobyan. 52 kg Davit Asatryan, 60 kg Zhora Hamazaryan and 75 kg Armen Minasyan were defeated and left the fight. Today Spartak Tamaryan and Ararat Gyulbangyan will have their second fights, and 69 kg Tigran Melkonyan and Gnel Muradyan will enter the arena for the first time.
