International criminal court should be not on the agenda of political figures but human rights organizations. “Civil society institute” NGO Director Artak Kirakosyan says, as long as we do not know the mechanisms of applying to the international court, expecting revelations and condemnation of sinners of March 1st process is meaningless. “Politicians meaninglessly manipulate the International criminal court on their agenda by saying that they will send Robert Kocharyan there, that they have presented an application and it has already been accepted.
