Buses are parked wherever possible: why there aren’t bus stops (video)
More in the video Hrachya Kochar Street is one of the busy and central streets of the capital, but the residents of this part don’t feel it. On this busy street, there are only two furnished bus stops. Sometimes there are drivers who stop the buses wherever possible by violating traffic rules. Yerevan Municipality is aware of the problem. They make decisions on the need of bus stops, but the installation of bus stops is the responsibility of Traffic Police. There are no financial problems, makes sure Traffic Police. The only reason is time. Road markings are carried out on all the streets. And the reason of some delays is plans of asphalt laying work.
