Artsakh President extends condolences to James Warlick
On 20 October, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan sent a condolence telegram to the U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick. "It was with deep sorrow that I learnt about the death of Your beloved mother Rose Warlick. In this hour of irretrievable loss on behalf of the Artsakh people, the authorities and myself personally I express deepest condolences and support to You and all the relatives and friends of the deceased and wish You tenacity and strength," Mr Sahakyan said in the letter.
