Bako Sahakyan invites Barack Obama, Vladimir Putin and François Hollande to Artsakh (video)
Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan has invited the presidents of Russia, the United States and France to visit Artsakh with the OSCE Minsk Group mediators, Bako Sahakyan said it in his interview with Voice of America. "We think that the leaders of the co-chairing countries cannot achieve major success in determining the fate of a country and its nation without direct contact with that nation. We find that this is one of the largest gaps of the international community,” said Mr Sahakyan.
