Unidentified person used false passport of Armenian citizen
Support A1+!A criminal case was instituted in the Special Investigation Service of Armenia based on the materials received from Vagharashapat department of the Police under Part 1 of Article 325 of the Criminal Code, the SIS Press Service reports. According to the data obtained as a result of the preliminary investigation, on September 10, 2003 Vagharshapat passport Department of the Passport and Visa Department of the Armenian Police falsified the documents required for issuing a passport to Lusine V. and RA Passport was granted under her name on false grounds and used by an unidentified person. A preliminary investigation is under way. The suspect or the accused of the alleged offence is deemed innocent unless his or her innocence is proved by virtue of the effective court verdict in the manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia.
