Ervand Manaryan to become main character of '100 minus 10' performance (video)
A true artist will never care whether his country will grant him a title or not. A true artist should appreciate the titles awarded by people. In this sense, we can say that Ervand Manaryan is People’s Artist, says Ruben Babayan, Art Director of Yerevan State Puppet Theatre. He says Manaryan is a great teacher for him in the broad sense of the word, a person who stands beyond stereotypes and patterns and who always remains young in his spirit. On October 17, the State Puppet Theatre will be celebrating the artist’s birthday. They have prepared a surprise for Mr Manaryan. He will become the main character of the “100 minus 10" performance.
