The troika will announce the details of rally’s implementation mechanisms at the last minute- it is a strategic matter. They also spoke about the government change. BHK knows several government changes, “The government is that we are against the constitution change, which doesn’t let the authorities be reelected.” BHK says that if nothing happens to these authorities and Serzh Sargsyan, they will leave. The question is how- after regular or by-elections? It depends on what the troika will be suggested on October 10 by the authorities, “If they suggest a way what they will do, it will be discussed, if not, more radical demands will follow, it means that there will definitely be government change.” Mr. Margaryan also answers the question what the troika will do, if the authorities fire at the people the same way as on March 1, “We prepare everything for any scenario.”
