Our sambo wrestlers leave for Seoul
10 sportsmen from Armenia will take part in Sambo World Youth and Juniors Championship in South Korea on October 8-12. This is informed by Armenian Sambo Federation press service. Our representatives in Seoul are Lendrush Zatikyan (48 kg), Grigor Mkhitaryan (52kg), Davit Khachatryan (52kg), Ernest Hayrapetyan (60 kg), Sergey Karapetyan (68kg), Naira Karapetyan (81 kg), Davit Nalbandyan (82 g), Grigor Sahakyan (87 kg), Seyran Sahakyan (90 kg) and Diana Hovhannisyan (48 kg). Trainers Vovik Khojayan and Ernest Mirzoyan, as well as international referee Eduard Aslanyan will also leave for South Korea. By the way, now Grigor Mkhitaryan and Seyran Sahakyan serve in the army, but our DM let them take part in the championship.
