Hands out of our pockets: Civil initiative to hold disobedience march October 2 (video)
“Hands out of our pockets” civil initiative is holding a march of disobedience in Yerevan on October 2. The initiative says they are holding the march in protest of the authorities’ failure to meet their main demands. Hundreds of motorists in Armenia are disputing in administrative courts the unfounded violations they have been imposed on them by the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service (JACES). The initiative blames the mess on the National Assembly, saying the latter has given the JACES a wide range of powers. The participants of the march will gather outside the Paronyan Musical Comedy Theatre at 11.00 a.m. The route is kept secret.
