Earthquake hits Azerbaijan, tremors felt in Armenia and Karabakh

A magnitude 5.1 earthquake hit Azerbaijan at 5.38 a.m., September 29. The reports say that the epicenter of the quake lies 23km southwest of Guba city.  The jolts measured 7 points in the epicenter. The hypocenter was at the depth of 15 km, reports Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations. Tremors were felt in Tavush region and Nagorno-Karabakh.
