NA President Galust Sahakyan explains the absence of Dashnaktsutyun in the rally of non governmental powers in his own way, “Because of its behavior Dashnaktsutyun appeared in prisons after 1990s’. It has its model, even when it was a member of coalition- the model of parliamentary government.” Mr. Sahakyan thinks that the activeness of non governmental powers must have its ideology, which isn’t formulated today, “There have been many problems during this time, there were disagreements in the four and the majority’s viewpoints passed. I don’t think that it dissolves the four.”
