Former forester about the illegalities of the officials
Tigran Melikyan, who is in “Vanadzor” prison, stopped the hunger strike, when the RA Shirak region Prosecutor Armen Shiroyan visited him on September 15. They met but the issues and illegalities, which were risen by T. Melikyan, remained neglected. This is informed by Helsinki Citizens Assembly Vanadzor office. T. Melikyan informs about crimes, which are hidden. Tigran Melikyan worked as an inspector at the RA MEPS SEI Lori regional department and now he is accused of killing “Dsegh” forestry “Motkor” forester Tovma Matevosyan. T. Melikyan applied to HCA Vanadzor office for defense of his rights on September 10, 2014, informing about a number of illegalities, which he witnessed during his work.
