Artsakh President receives Baroness Caroline Cox
On 22 September, President of the Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan received Baroness Caroline Cox. The interlocutors discussed issues related to the Karabakh conflict settlement, Artsakh's domestic and foreign policy and regional processes. Bako Sahakyan hailed the assistance of the Baroness to Artsakh considering it an exemplary demonstration of impartial friendship and sincere humanity. Minister of Foreign Affairs Karen Mirzoyan, Health Minister Haroutyun Koushkyan and other officials participated in the meeting.
