Vayots Dzor Governor Edgar Khazaryan wanted to remain at the same grade. Of course, he graduated and now he feels bad if he isn’t invited to any seminar. In this case we speak not about a school or a university, but CoE Political Courses Yerevan School. The governor is one of the 270 alumni of the school. This year PCYS starts its 10th academic year. Foreign Affairs Deputy Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan was also present at the opening ceremony to greet the students and to represent the advantages of the school. He is not an alumnus of the school, he graduated in Moscow. “PCYS has had a great contribution in the formation of Armenian elite,”- says Mr. Kocharyan pointing the fact that many deputies, ministers and governors graduated these courses. Kocharyan wants the atmosphere of political debate of that school to be transferred into the politics: he remembers the old saying: he's a fool or a scoundrel who does not want to debate, in the end, the truth is a result of debate. The speakers stressed the important role of PCYS Director Armen Zakaryan in the formation of the school. “RA non official ambassador at the Council of Europe,”- said CoE Political Planning Director Peter Switalski.
