Artsakh President congratulated President of the Republic of South Ossetia
On 20 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory address to President of the Republic of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov. The address runs as follows: "Respected Mr Tibilov, On behalf of the authorities, people of the Artsakh Republic and myself personally I cordially congratulate You and the whole South Ossetian nation on the Day of the Republic. The fraternal South Ossetian people have passed a difficult way to independence defending in arms their honor and freedom. Patriotism and self-devotion of South Ossetia's glorious sons and daughters deserve the highest estimation. South Ossetia has now entered in a qualitative new stage of its history peacefully and through creative work developing and strengthening its independent statehood, raising the prosperity of its citizens. People in Artsakh value high friendship with South Ossetia and are confident that the ties between us will continue to develop on a steady basis.
