Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian has commented on the Scottish independence referendum to Tert.am. Question: How would you comment on the referendum held in Scotland? Answer: Regardless of the outcome of the referendum the free expression of the will of Scots is an example of the realization of the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples. In any country, where human rights and democratic freedoms are respected, the principle of self-determination of peoples cannot be disregarded.
