Scottish independence is in the hands of 4 millions voters
It is a historical day for Scotland. Today more than 4 millions voters will decide whether become an independent state or remain in the composition of Great Britain. Recently British YouGov research center has held polls according to which 43 percent is for the independence and 57 percent is against. British authorities headed by Prime Minister David Cameron promised to provide additional resources to Scotland if the situation is unchanged, and local authorities were ensured that they will have more rights. BBC informs that the results will be known tomorrow on September 19.
