Amnesty isn’t extended to Volodya Avetisyan
Army colonel Volodya Avetisyan will remain in detention. Judge of the Court of Criminal Appeals Karine Ghazaryan didn’t change the verdict of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative districts according to which he was sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment. If he was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment, the amnesty would be extended to him and he would be freed. We remind that Volodya is accused of swindling: he was the first to speak about the social problems of azatamartiks.
