Police employee caused an injury
According to the report filed by Albert G., a prisoner of “Nubarashen” Criminal-Execution Institution of the Minsityr of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, the employees of Garni Department of the Police caused him bodily injuries. On August 8, 2014 Kotayk Investigation Department received information from Kotayk Police Department of the Republic of Armenia about the fact that bodily injuries were detected as a result of the external examination of the body of Albert G., who was arrested under the criminal case examined in the above department. Albert G., who is a defendant of the criminal case examined in Kotayk Investigation Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia and a prisoner of “Nubarashen” Criminal-Execution Institution of the Minsityr of Justice of the Republic of Armenia reported to the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia about the fact that the employees of Garni Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia caused him bodily injuries. A criminal case was instituted based on the materials prepared in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with Part 2 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. A preliminary investigation is under way.
