Azerbaijan violated 5 articles of convention against Mamikon Khojoyan: Pastinfo
The children of Mamikon Khojoyan, who was captured and tortured by Azerbaijan, dispute Human rights European Convention 5 violations in Human rights European Court against their father by Azerbaijan authorities. “The applicants dispute violations provided by HREC 2nd (Right to life), 3rd (Prohibition of torture), 5th (Right to liberty and security), 13th (Right to an effective remedy) and 14th (Prohibition of discrimination) articles,”- Advocate Vahe Grigoryan said to Pastinfo.
